We want you to love your Milk Makeup, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 90 days of purchase. Please note that items must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

Print Your Label

Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

Pack Your Products

Securely pack your items in the original mailer or any sturdy box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
